Options and Equipment THE VAN: Began as an ES/LE model, which is the top model and represents lass than 10% of production. Has a 3.3 liter engine and automatic with O/D transmission. It had all the extra features available at the time, making it much more highly equipped than the common model. In addition to common power and convenience features it has: overhead console with trip computer, clock, etc.; dark windows; power seat; Fancy Infinity brand factory stereo with extra speakers, C.D.+ cassette and EQ; painted alloy wheels and upgraded tires; remote entry and rear gate; unique bumper with integrated fog-lights; and more. Very few wheelchair van conversions are built on these fancy, feature-laden models. THE GOODIES: Has had a wireless remote-control start feature added. Enables you to start it from some distance, such as from inside your house on a frozen morning! Or when it is too hot outside...you can cool it down before entering, nice! MOBILITY: This is an IMS conversion, which was and is the same as the Braun company, as they are now more commonly known. It has all the features most folks want with: deeply dropped floor; power sliding door; automatic deep-kneeling suspension; power ramp; removable seats allow wheelchair to be parked in either the driver or passenger area; anchor-points throughout for a wide variety of chair parking locations. AND THIS VAN HAS A WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE CONVERSION FEATURES. MOST DID NOT HAVE THIS UNTIL A FEW YEARS AGO. Dimensions, capacity and specifications: Please feel free to email or call me with any such questions. I will gladly assist with anything you wish to know. I have discovered that due to the unique way each person evaluates, measures and expresses their needs, I can be most helpful regarding this subject if we communicate directly. History of Ownership Has had only two owners. The person I bought it from owned it since 2003. History of Care As a result of quality prior owners and my extensive Rejuvenation, this van functions and performs fantastic in every way. As is often the case, these folks did not accumulate their service records. As with every van I sell, it currently runs and drives very nice. As part of my 'Rick's rejuvenated'' process, each mobility/adaptive component is inspected, serviced, adjusted and repaired (if needed) by the premium company in this area which exclusively cares for wheelchair vans.
Carfax Report
Summary All good, nothing negative or derogatory on the report You Might Like To Know... * A man I know who has owned many wheelchair vans including this style Caravan and the newer style, said in some ways he prefers this boxier style to the newer ones. He said this style has better visibility from the chair and due to the boxier shape, seems a bit roomier inside...good things. * Each of my vans has a superb paint sealant as the final step of the extreme detail. If you were to have a professional apply a treatment the cost would be several hundred dollars. Summary of this Gem Here you have an IMS/Braun conversion, which is the highest quality brand. This particular van is a rare combination of low miles, amazing rejuvenated condition and extensive features beyond the norm. Overall, the finest minivan available in this price-range.
