General Description

In addition to the common power and convenience features of power windows, locks, mirrors, tilt wheel and cruise control, it also has such extensive, desirable features as: factory video player and screen; backup sensors; rear ventilation; upgraded interior and exterior trim; alloy wheels; tinted windows; traction control; leather steering wheel; both side doors and rear hatch are power operated; fog lights; and more

Mobility and Adaptive Features
This was converted when new by one of the premium conversion companies named 'Vantage', also known as VMI. This company is/was related to Ricon, which is second only to Braun when it comes to selling mobility equipment and converted vans. The major features of this conversion are:

* Deeply lowered and level floor, goes all the way from the front edge of rear seat all the way to the dash.

* Power ramp of the 'in-floor' style, which is most people's favorite. This ramp disappears under the floor when not in use. Most folks prefer this style to the more common ramp which folds into two parts and is stowed in the doorway area.

* Has kneeling suspension, which lowers the body several inches, creating a very shallow, easy ramp angle for loading and unloading

* Power sliding side door is smooth and no effort.

* Lots of anchor points in the floor for a variety of choices as to where you locate the wheelchair

* Includes 4 anchor straps.

* Easily removable front seats, which is super if you choose to park a wheelchair in either front seat location

* Wireless remote control operates the power slider, power ramp, kneeling suspension and also both slider doors and rear hatch

Summary
Here you have a lowered floor minivan that has a wonderful package of mobility-access features, plus it is equipped at a high level, as few minivans of this era are. This one has certain comfort, safety, convenience and mobility features that are rarely found on wheelchair vans of this model year and price range.

Status

Rejuvenation has begun: I have recently acquired this van and the extensive rejuvenation process has begun, which is carried-out by various professional shops and specialists. If you are interested in securing this van for your future purchase (many of my vans are spoken for in this way prior to completion of rejuvenation) please feel free to call or mail me with any questions

NOTE: I am always searching for more vans which are a nice addition to the mix of vans we have to offer. I will post initial information here about each van as I purchase, transform, and then make them available for sale. From the time I purchase a van until my transformation process is completed, averages approximately 4-6 weeks.

Please visit this page periodically.

Thank you,

Dear Rick... I want to take this time to let you know how excited I am about the 95 Ford camping van that I bought from you. I just love it!! I truly appreciated your kindness, patience and understanding throughout the whole process. I also appreciate the quality of the van. You were nothing like those typical car salesman. You were friendly, cheerful and not pushy....and still gave me a great deal!!! I will certainly send folks your way.

Thanks again!
