2005 Ford three quarter ton full size has super dimensions: a very desirable and extremely hard-to-find group of cosmetic and functional features (please read below)
MILES 82,000 (total, actual miles)
$23,900

General Description
Began as a medium grey three quarter ton with 5.4 liter motor and auto with overdrive. Before conversion, it had common power and convenience features, such as: power windows, locks and mirrors; tilt and cruise; XLT level of interior and exterior features, such as chrome bumpers, moderate level of interior and exterior trim features; etc. Then, when brand new, it was converted by a national conversion company named, Centennial.

Fancy conversion
Very long list of features, summarized here:

Fancy exterior consisting of
nicely contoured and moderately tall roof; medium grey color; custom graphics/striping; heavy duty chrome bumpers; towing package and wiring; functional running boards with steps; fancy tinted windows with vents; and more

Fancy interior consisting of
deluxe front and rear seats; rear seat folds to a bed and has custom extension, making it into apx a full size bed; all seats have armrests; drivers seat has multiple power adjustments; several storage bins; real wood trim; fancy carpets, fabrics and trim; custom lighting; and more

Premium Mobility and Adaptive Features by one of my two favorite convertors, named Nor-Cal
* Power operated side doors (this, combined with other features, allows some folks to be able to load, drive and unload themselves, all from their wheelchair)

* Has the most awesome lift ever created, which is my personal favorite mobility device: Braun UVL (under vehicle lift). This has a whopping capacity of 800 pounds and a wide, long platform, which will accommodate even very large wheelchairs and their occupants. When stowed, this lift creates zero blockage or impedance of the van whatsoever.

* Floor is lowered from the rear seat, all the way to the dash, for both front passengers. It is lowered the absolute maximum possible, which is 9 inches. (Many lowered floors are only 4 or 6 inches). This deeply lowered floor creates very nice entry clearance and this floor, combined with the tall roof creates an interior floor-to-ceiling dimension that is among the best of all wheelchair vans on the market, new or used.

* Either seat can be quickly removed, for parking a wheelchair in either front location.

* Various anchor point locations in floor, for securing wheelchair with straps.

* Wireless remote operation of side doors and lift. This is the key feature that is needed for wheelchair-bound folks who want to load, drive and unload themselves, with no assistance from anyone.

* Multiple locations of switches to operate side doors and lift, if not using the remote

Positive history notes:
This is a true, one-owner van. Yes, it has been owned since new by a well-to-do family in the Santa Barbara area. This is a very positive fact, because due to the nature of wheelchair vans and the folks who need them, average ownership timeframe is only about 3 years. These particular owners had the financial means and the attitude that lead to it being cared for very well and for no money to have been spared for repairs, care or maintenance.

Price
$23,900 (In 2005 the folks paid $70,000 and a similar van now is approximately $80,000)

Preliminary Photos

Please consider these are "preliminary" photos and as such, they typically show the van in early stages of our transformation process. As a result you may see various flaws, which will be remedied prior to sale.

This is quite a capable, solid, attractive van

Notice that when the power operated side doors are open, this lift is stowed and there is no door blockage

UVL (under vehicle lift) is the best lift ever created, because: no door blockage when stowed; HD 800 pound capacity; long and wide platform for parking wheelchair ; very reliable and safe and it is housed inside of a very tough holding case., under the van

Notice the nice rear seat (folds flat to a bed). The deeply lowered floor creates super entry clearance and interior headroom, even for parking wheelchair in either front location

Special ceiling lights, side storage bins, big TV space

Easy load and unload, due to gteta NMPS

Notice again the deeply lowered floor. See also a couple of the locations for inserting anchor straps

Running boards help get passengers in and out

NOTE: I am always searching for more vans which are a nice addition to the mix of vans we have to offer. I will post initial information here about each van as I purchase, transform, and then make them available for sale. From the time I purchase a van until my transformation process is completed, averages approximately 4-6 weeks.

Dear Rick... I want to take this time to let you know how excited I am about the 95 Ford camping van that I bought from you. I just love it!! I truly appreciated your kindness, patience and understanding throughout the whole process. I also appreciate the quality of the van. You were nothing like those typical car salesman. You were friendly, cheerful and not pushy....and still gave me a great deal!!! I will certainly send folks your way.

Thanks again!
